ADAM AND ARIANNA NOEL: SIMPLE TRAINING SOLUTIONS LLC
Who are the
Noel's?
Believe it or not, we were the online-dating match made in heaven and we are anything but traditional. We met on a dating app in 2016 and soon after, we fell in love. We quickly started our family and in early 2018, we got married. It's definitely one of those "when you know, you know" situations. We now have 3 beautiful babies that have completed our family and we are trying to raise them to be the best versions of themselves that they can be. We do our best to lead by example which has led us here today.

Arianna
I was born in Arizona in '91. I grew up slightly overweight and continued to gain as I got older. When I was 18, I moved to Huntington Beach, CA for college and that's when my passion for fitness began. I had lost 30LBS in 4 months by counting calories and exercising but that eventually turned into an unhealthy obsession that resulted in me being almost 30LBS underweight. I suffered so badly with body dysmorphia that I would go days without eating. It was a very dark, long road that I went down, and I am thankful to have made it out alive. I battled for years trying to re-wire the deep rooted damage that the media caused and fix my mindset on food. In 2016, when I met my husband I was at a healthy weight for my body, which was 145LBS. We got pregnant with our first son, Logan, and when he was born in 2017, I was at my heaviest weight of 230LBS (more than an 85lb weight gain during my pregnancy.) It was the first time in my life that I ate what I wanted without guilt or fear of how it would affect me physically. It somewhat healed me, but I had a lot of work to do to lose the weight again. Well, we ended up adding 2 more babies to our family, (all 3 born in 3.5 years) and it was a lot of gaining and losing, gaining and losing.
In August of 2021 I started once again on another weight loss journey, except something in me had changed by this time. It wasn't just about the scale, or how skinny I could get, it was about showing my babies how to live a healthy balanced, active life. Breaking the generational trauma from growing up in the 90's and showing my babies what REAL health looks like. No fad diet, no cutting out specific food groups, no restrictions. It was showing them that we reward our bodies with movement instead of punishing our bodies with movement. We use food to nourish ourselves as well as to bring us joy, which means yes, I eat Nana's cookies any chance I get.
It wasn't one straight path that led me here but I am hoping that my story will resonate with you and help encourage you to start breaking those unhealthy cycles. I believe there is power and strength in numbers, combined we can change it all!

Adam
I was born in MO but moved to Southern California when I was 1. Regardless of basically being a California native, I am a die-hard Chiefs fan. GO CHIEFS! I grew up playing all sports but did basketball throughout high school and lacrosse for 2 years in college. Thats where my passion began for sports and exercise. I attended Cal State University Fullerton where I earned my bachelor's degree in exercise physiology. After undergrad, I traveled up to the Bay Area and attended San Jose St University where I received my masters degree in exercise physiology and worked for the schools athletic performance department. After graduating from San Jose St, I was hired by the Texas Rangers, and over the past 7 years have worked in their player development department as a strength and conditioning coach. Teaching people how to move their bodies to feel strong is my passion, so when Arianna came to me with her vision, I knew I had to do everything in my power to make it happen.
